Mandy "the Wheeled American" Ruzicka was born in St. Louis. She is a full-time wheelchair user due to being born with spina bifida. She graduated from Parkway West High School in Chesterfield, Missouri. She lives at home with her parents and two fur babies, Copper and Nelson.
