The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the individual effects lateral heel wedge and medial heel wedge with arch support on functional analysis and quality of life in geriatric population with medial compartment knee osteoarthritis.The study needs to be carried out to observe the effectiveness of a arch support with lateral heel wedge insole versus arch support with medial heel wedge insole on function and Quality of life in patients with medial compartment knee OA.Participants with medial compartment knee osteoarthritis receiving arch support with lateral heel wedge is more effective in improving quality of life and functions, and can be advised for the older adults with medial compartment knee osteoarthritis.
