Bioactive peptides are those proteins that have 2 to 20 amino acids in their molecular structure and are important due to beneficial biological activity as well as positive effects on human health. The aim of this study was to extract and purify bioactive peptides from rainbow trout in order to evaluate the antibacterial and anti-cancer properties of extracting peptides in vitro, and to investigate the expression of enterotoxin A virulence gene of Staphylococcus aureus and exotoxin A Pseudomonas aeruginosa before and after the effect. It is hydrolyzed with protein.
