Autorenporträt
Tracy Hoffmann Slagter is Professor of Political Science at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She earned her Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Iowa. The winner of several university- and college-level teaching awards, she regularly teaches popular courses on international law, European Union politics, European politics, genocide, and global environmental politics. She teaches abroad whenever possible. She has published on the Court of Justice of the European Union, regional human rights courts, and in the scholarship of teaching and learning. She is a passionate advocate for the value of a liberal arts education, civic knowledge, and global education.
