The changing dimensions of Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles of State Policy have also been dealt with in this book. Every point is explained with the help of new case law and articles of the Constitution.
Autorenporträt
Suresh Mani Tripathi is Assistant Professor (Law) at Government Naveen Law College, Bhatapara (Baloda Bajar-Bhatapara), Higher Education, Chhattisgarh. He completed his LLB and LLM from Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi and also submitted his Ph.d. thesis to this faculty. He was awarded a Junior and Senior Research Fellowship (JRF & SRF) from the University Grant Commission, New Delhi during his research period. The author started the internationally referred bi-annual journal ¿Indian Journal of Socio Legal Studies¿ (ISSN 2320-8562) from July 2012 and ¿Chhattisgarh Law Journal¿ from 2015. He attended twelve national and international conferences and presented his paper on various emerging issues. He also is a member of the international journal ¿Bangladesh Journal of Socio Legal Studies and Lex Revolutions¿. Five books of the author have been published so far: 1. Fundamental Rights And Directive Principles Under Indian Constitution (University Book House, Jaipur). 2. Right To Education (Lambert Academic Publishing House, Germany). 3.
