Autorenporträt
Nikolai Vasilyevich Maksimenko (b. 1940) - Professor of the Academy of Civil Aviation (Kazakhstan), the author of more than 40 scientific and scientific-methodical works on the problems of law, socio-political and spiritual development of society. He graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, worked at the Al-Farabi Kazakh State University, then at the Academy of Civil Aviation.
