Gail A. Rowntree is Associate Professor in the School of Aviation and Security at Buckinghamshire New University in the UK. As former cabin crew and then a responder for both Kenyon International Emergency Services and Go Crisis, Gail has written several articles and chapters on trauma, resilience and response to aviation disasters, having deployed in a variety of roles to over 40 international incidents.
