This book has been prepared as a theoretical syllabus for university subjects in the business organization area that deal with the 'Fundamentals of Business Administration', regardless of the different names it receives in each of the university degrees (Business Economics, Business Organization, Fundamentals of Business Administration, etc.). This book covers the fundamental concepts of business administration. Its objectives are mainly two: to provide readers with a basic conceptual framework that allows them to understand what a company is, what its objectives are what types of companies exist, the systemic nature of the company and its relationship with the environment, as well as the different forms of business development. Therefore, it has been structured in seven well-differentiated parts. A brief introduction has also been added, which includes the basic knowledge that it is deemed necessary to know in advance for a perfect later understanding of the concepts discussed here (such as those relating to the economy, marketing, management, accounting, investment, and finance, startups, etc.).
