O Dr. Shabir Ahmad Dar apresenta-se como professor assistente na Divisão de Engenharia Pesqueira com especialização em Artes e Ofícios de Pesca na Faculdade de Pesca, Rangil Sher-e-Kashmir Ciências e Tecnologia Agrícola (SKUAST-K). O autor já publicou mais de 20 trabalhos de pesquisa em várias revistas nacionais e internacionais.
