Francis John Kisandu ist Assistenzdozent in der Abteilung für Philosophie und Ethik an der St. Augustine University of Tanzania. Er wurde am 15. November 1984 in der Region Shinyanga - Tansania geboren. Er hat weitere Werke über die Grundlagen der Moral und verschiedene Artikel in renommierten internationalen Publikationen und Zeitschriften veröffentlicht.
