The author, Emmanuel Onyeabor, holds the following qualifications: B.Ed. (Hons) in Geography, LL.B (Hons) in Law obtained from the University of Port-Harcourt and University of Nigeria, respectively, MSc (Dev Planning), MSc (Env. Mgt), LL.M (Env. Rights) and PhD (Env. Law & Policy). He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1996.
