Le Dr S. Srivara Buddhi Bhuvaneswari est professeur adjoint au département de vulgarisation agricole et de sociologie du RuRAL, TNAU, Coimbatore. Elle a obtenu un doctorat en vulgarisation agricole de l'Université agricole du Tamil Nadu, à Coimbatore. Elle a reçu la bourse Rajiv Gandhi National Merit Fellowship pour la poursuite de son doctorat.
