It was observed that Rhizopus oryzae belonged to the Order Mucorales of Zygomycotina and Candida krusei belonged to the Ascomycota causing Acute Invasive fungal rhinosinusitis (IFRS).By Using Candida agar medium (C.A) , Candida bromocresol green agar base (C.BCG.A) and Brilliance TM Candida Agar medium (CM1002) were effective of differentiate of Candida species.The use of direct examination by KOH 10% , India ink stain and fluorescent dyes (Acrydine orange and Erythrosine-B) important in the initial diagnosis to find out the etiological agent causing FRS.The diagnosis by Radiographic examinations (C.T-Scan and MRI) and histopathological examination was important to know that pathogen ( bacteria or fungi) and thus determine the type of sinusitis.
