Wayne Allen worked in health care for more than forty-five years, holding leadership roles in both military and civilian hospitals. His experience includes leading and developing teams in consulting, operations improvement, performance and process improvement, comparative benchmarking, productivity management, finance and a system-wide implementation of Oracle. He's supported some of the largest health systems in the United States including faith-based health systems, academic medical centers, for-profit health systems and small rural hospitals.
