Santiago Rincón-Gallardo is a visiting scholar at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, Canada, and chief research officer at Michael Fullan Enterprises Inc. Kristin Kew is an assistant professor of educational leadership and management at New Mexico State University, USA.
