Dana Klisanin is a futurist and psychologist who has earned a spot among the "World's Top 50 Female Futurists" (Forbes). Future Hack is her first novel for young readers and explores many of the themes present in her research including the use of technology to promote positive human qualities and empower activism on behalf of other people and the planet. Dana's research has been featured in BBC, Time, and Huffington Post, and is translated into numerous languages. She studied writing at the Iowa Writers' Workshop and has always loved to read. As a child, two of her favorite books were The Story of Dr. Doolittle and The Hobbit. She lives by the river in the heart of the "Natural State" of Arkansas.
