The results show that in comparison with the crisp case, developed fuzzy standard PCIs for non-normal processes are more informative, sensitive and flexible to evaluate the process performance of the industrial processes. This book is expected to make significant contributions to both literature and practice and shed light on future researches on PCAs for non-normal processes. In industrial applications, it is expected that practitioners will benefit from this work and academicians will find a basis to further theory building and case study researches.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Ozlem Senvar holds PhD degree in Industrial Engineering. She was officially granted by European Commission Ref 2013/327-350. She performed post doctoral researches in France. She has been author of international peer reviewed journal articles,book chapters,conference papers. She has been keynote speaker in international conferences.
