(2) preserve (or strongly preserve) gs-majorization on Mn,m.

Ali was born in Kerman in 1977. He got his Ph.D. in mathematics from Kerman university in 2006. He has been associate professor of mathematics at the Vali-e-Asr university of Rafsanjan in 2011. He was the head of mathematics department of Vali-e-Asr university from 2009 to 2011. Ali interests in research include linear Algebra and matrix analysis.
