This work represents a complex study regarding the research of the regional level of Moldovan political process having as a subject ATU Gagauzia, in the frame of post-soviet transformation, peculiar to the Moldovan area, toward the creation of institutional and legal design, as well as the administration politics of a multiethnic society. Also, this study consists in an evaluation and comparative analyzing of the national and regional level regarding the political process influenced by the ethnic cleavage. The analyze consist in the determination of the place of ATU Gagauzia in the political domain or political sphere of Republic of Moldova; the evaluation of functionality regarding the autonomy system toward to the institutional construction of state by indentifying the trends and development issues; the analyze of behavioral features of ATU Gagauzia on the regional and national level of electoral process; the reflection upon the Gagauz political representation and their form ofpolitical activity; the description of the socio-political integration dynamic.
