Stroke survivors usually have gait and balance deficits. Dr. Obembe is a senior lecturer in the Department of Medical Rehabilitation, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. She received her BSc (physiotherapy) from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria in 1998. She has an MSc and PhD in Physiotherapy from Obafemi Awolowo University. Her current research interests are gait and balance in stroke.
