GAM.09 trägt den Titel: "Walls: Spatial Sequences" und beschäftigt sich mit dem architektonischen Element der Wand unter dem Gesichtspunkt ihrer gegenwärtigen technologischen Erneuerung. In jüngster Zeit wird die herkömmliche Funktion von Wänden durch innovative architektonische Entwürfe sowohl konstruktiv als auch in ihrer Bedeutung erweitert. Dabei stehen nicht länger der trennende Aspekt von räumlichen Begrenzungsmauern sondern vielmehr die verbindenden Schichtungen von Wänden in einem ökologischen, städtebaulichen und soziokulturellen Sinne im Vordergrund.
