Our vision is to build on this project to create a major center for the production and valorization of cassava-derived products by 2025. Generally speaking, our project aims to help reduce food self-sufficiency by adding value to cassava derivatives such as gari, lafou, tapioca, starch cakes and others. The main objective of our project is to produce 720 tonnes of gari in the first year, with a 25% increase in the second and third years.
