Autorenporträt
Victor Villaseñor, bestselling author of Rain of Gold, grew up in the Barrio of Carlsbad, California with his family and beloved Yaqui Indian mamagrande. He didn't speak English when he started school and flunked the third grade twice. He was in his forties when he learned he is dyslexic off the charts auditorily and visually and that's why he didn't learn to read until he was in his twenties. Victor currently resides on his family's historic rancho in Oceanside, California.
