Despite this, not much attention has been paid to the issues of gender diversity as it relates to differences in employees' perception of work environment and by extension employees' work behaviors. It is in this context that this research work was designed to examine whether an employee's gender type has any significant place in the explanation of his/her perception of work environment and employee's behavior.
