In 2017, the author of this book (the executive president of the Association Building Africa) was the victim of verbal, physical and sexual violence. She then had to deal with sexist comments and behavior from the public security officers responsible for registering her complaint. She abandons the complaints procedure and experiences several months of moral and physical trauma. This condition affects his physical, emotional and work health. In this book, she puts the reader in the shoes of a woman victim of gender-based and silent violence. This book is not limited to the testimony of personal experience, but it draws the reader's attention to the spread of sexist speech and behavior in all circles and it denounces gender-based and silent violence against girls and women. The goal is to contribute to the reduction of gender-based and silent violence against girls and women. This book can only be complete if it also provides solutions. Chapter 4 presents a project to eradicate sexist speech and behavior. This project is offered to all stakeholders. This book is an ABA project.
