Ziwei Qi is Assistant Professor at Fort Hays State University and co-founder of the Center for Empowering Victims of Domestic Violence (CEVGV). April N. Terry is Associate Professor at Fort Hays State University and a licensed master's level psychologist. She also serves on the Kansas Advisory Group on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. Tamara J. Lynn is Associate Professor at Fort Hays State University and co-founder of CEVGV. She also serves as Executive Council President of the National De-escalation Training Center.
