Produktbeschreibung
This work of Course Conclusion is a reflection on the universe of evangelical women served by the center of reference and support to women in the city of São Bernardo do Campo, having been interviewed four women from the Pentecostal and Neopentecostal segments. In the first chapter the author works on the relationship between religion, gender and gender violence. This is because gender violence has been attributed to the strong presence in our society of the Judeo-Christian patriarchal culture, because it cannot be denied that gender violence has a strong relationship with religion. The second Chapter works on the idea of women being attracted by the practices of Pentecostalism and neo-Pentecostalism, going through the spiritual battle as well as the manipulation of the sacred through "magic". It is also evaluated that Pentecostalism can be a source of motivation and empowerment for suffering women. The third chapter deals with the theologies of these women which corroborate the support and continuity of domestic violence perpetrated against them.
