This book tackles the problem of divorce and its effects on women in Morocco, particularly in Fez city. Soukayna Alami is a Moroccan PhD candidate in British studies at the University of Debrecen, Hungary, got her master¿s degree in Gender studies from the University of Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdullah in Morocco. Currently, she is doing research on men¿s and women¿s madness in nineteenth-century Britain.
