This is a comprehensive book on gender differentials in which the theoretical aspects have been explained lucidly with adequate examples from the field. Gender Differential is a term used to describe the unequal distribution of resources and opportunities available to individuals based on their gender. This can take many forms, from differences in wages and access to healthcare, to disparities in education and political representation. The aim of this book is to provide an understanding of Gender Differential and their implications for society. It examines how Gender Differential influences various aspects of our lives: education, healthcare, and politics. The study was conducted with specific objectives i.e. to assess existing gender status among urban households & to analyze the relationship between socio-economic factors and gender differentials. For daughters, the government should set up bank accounts with required deposits equal to the value of any real estate or other assets acquired by sons through any inheritance transactions.
