Autorenporträt
Josephine Nyaboke Arasa has a PhD in Educational Psychology, Advanced Diploma in Clinical Child Neuropsychology, M.Ed. in Educational Psychology and B.Ed. (Sc). Currently, she is an Associate Professor of Psychology and Head of the Psychology Department at the United States International University - Africa (USIU). As an Educational Psychologist, she has vast experience in teaching in higher education, research in various topics, and community service. For the last 10 years, she has been training as an expert on quality assurance related issues for the Inter University Council for East Africa (IUCEA) and the Germany Academic Exchange Services (DAAD), commissions/councils in the region, institutions of higher learning and at international forums.

Rita Bencivenga's general research interests are in adult education, gender in higher education, and gender and technology. She completed her PhD at the University of Paris X, Nanterre, France. After teaching undergraduate, graduate and master courses at ISPEF, Institut des Sciences et Pratiques d'Éducation et de Formation, Université Lumière Lyon 2, France, she is since September 2018 MSCA Fellow at the Trinity Centre for Gender Equality and Leadership (TCGEL), Trinity College Dublin. Her current research activities focus on Feminist Institutionalism and Gender Equality in Higher Education and Small and Medium Enterprises.
