An exclusive questionnaires was prepared for the purpose of data collection through online survey tool of Google form survey tool, the sample of the present study was taken from the both working men and women thorough online survey with purposive convenience method. Results : Majority 63% of men and 50% of women respondents also agree with the statement of woman's most important role in care of home and children. Majority 67% of men and 65 % of women respondents are agree with the statement of Household expenses are the responsibility of the man, even if his wife can help him. Half of the both (50% of men and 50% women) respondents are agreed with the statement of Taking care of cleaning is a responsibility for women.
