Tanusree Chakraborty, PhD, is a faculty member at Centre of Management Studies at the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad. She has 21 years of work and academic experience at business schools and universities. She has published her work in journals and books and has presented over 70 research papers at conferences, where she has received best paper awards. She has given management development programs on behavioral science, HR, and psychometrics for government productivity councils and public and private sector companies. Nandita Mishra, PhD, is Director of Chetana's Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, India. She has more than 25 years of teaching experience in managerial economics and economic environment for business, business ethics and corporate governance, corporate grooming, and general management in India and abroad. She spearheads academic administration, industry-institute collaboration, and management development programs. She is an active researcher and is a nominated member of the Higher Education Council of the Women Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Ashok Natarajan, PhD, has over 15 years of experience in academics and five years as a practicing manager, both in the USA and India. He has also been a consultant on business valuation projects and has published research papers in accounting and finance journals. He works in the areas of corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, accounting and finances, and corporate strategy. He has won numerous awards for his teaching and has been recognized for his service and mentoring roles. Bipasha Chatterjee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology, Adamas University, Kolkata, India, while also pursuing her PhD in Applied Psychology. She is working as a co-editor for two books, has chaired scientific sessions at national conferences, and has delivered invited lectures. She has published and presented research papers and is the author of several chapters in a book on industrial psychology and social psychology for undergraduate students.
