Autorenporträt
Vivencio O. Ballano is Associate Professor V and Program Chairperson of the Master of Arts in Sociology, Graduate School Program, Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), Manila. He received advanced degrees in theology and sociology from the Ateneo de Manila University. To date, Dr. Ballano has published seven Scopus-indexed monographs as well as two forthcoming books in 2024, all under the imprints Springer Nature and Routledge. He has also published several Scopus and Web of Science-indexed journal articles in the fields of sociology of law, post-disaster, religion, gender, clerical sexual abuse, homosexuality, LGBTQI+ inclusivity, and Catholic social teaching.
