Pranab Kumar Panday is Professor in the Department of Public Administration, University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. His main research areas include public policy, social movements, NGOs, social accountability, public sector management, governance, and gender studies. He is the author of 12 books, including Women Empowerment in South Asia: NGO Interventions and Agency Building in Bangladesh (Routledge, 2016), and co-author of Government and NGOs in South Asia: Local Collaboration in Bangladesh (Routledge, 2019). Shuvra Chowdhury is Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration, University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Her main areas of academic interest include open data analysis, right to information, grievance redress management, public financial change management, and gender studies.
