Women being the vulnerable group have been suffering from discrimination, injustice in every aspect of life. They do not enjoy their rights to lead their life on their own terms be it social, economic, political and especially educational. Educations being the significant factor of one's life, which determine the success and failure of life, has still remain dream for majority of the women in India. Even if they manage to reach upto higher education institutions, there also they become the victim of gender biases and discrimination in classroom interactions, basic infrastructure and employment opportunity and therefore they cannot enjoy the benefits of education at utmost. Therefore the present study was undertaken with the objective to check the level of gender sensitivity at The Maharaja Sayajirao Iniversity of Baroda, Vadodara with respect to selected aspects and variable. The study further conclude with the need to promote gender sensitivity in University to make education more gender sensitive and society at large as youth are the ambassadors for tomorrow.
