Hemanta Saikia is working as Assistant Professor in the department of Economics, Debraj Roy College, Assam. He completed his graduation and M.A. in Economics from Dibrugarh University. He has also cleared UGC, NET with JRF, SLET. At the same time, Hemanta Saikia has obtained M.Phil. and MBA degree and already submitted his Ph. D thesis.
