Omanov Behruzjon Shuhrat son was born in 1993 in Samarkand region, Pas-Dargom district. In 2016, he entered the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute, studying chemistry teaching methods, and graduated with honors in 2016. In 2022, he defended his candidate's thesis on "Catalytic synthesis and technology of vinyl acetate from acetylene".
