For some time in Africa and precisely in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Constitution has come back to the forefront, constitutional litigation has become a subject widely commented on and widely followed by politicians, students and any ordinary citizen. Thus, this book enables the reader to understand the emergence of constitutional justice in the world and also in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where we highlight some weaknesses in Congolese constitutional justice from the Basic Law to the eve of the Constitution of the Third Republic and we propose some solutions.
