The research was carried out with 32 genotypes of Brassica rapa including two commercially cultivated varieties as checks to study their inter-genotypic variability, correlation, path co-efficient and genetic divergence considering 10 different morphological characters at SAU,Dhaka during Rabi-2010. Significant variation was observed among all the genotypes for all the characters studied except thousand seed weight. High GCV value was observed for number of secondary branches per plant. High heritability values along with low genetic advance in percentage of mean were obtained for thousand seed weight, number of secondary branches per plant, seeds per siliqua, and siliqua length. By using different multivariate analysis techniques all the genotypes were grouped into 6 clusters. PCA, PCO and CVA analysis gave almost similar result. Considering the magnitude of genetic distance, contribution of different characters towards the total divergence, magnitude of cluster means for different characters and field performance the genotypes G-15 and G-19 from cluster IV and G-1, G-3, G-4, G-10, G-18 and G-24 from cluster I would be suitable for highest yield for future hybridization programme.
