Obteve a sua graduação em Agricultura e Pós graduação em Genética e Reprodução Vegetal na Universidade Agrícola de Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan, Bikaner. Obteve o seu doutoramento na Universidade de Agricultura, Kota. Tem ao longo de um brilhante currículo académico.
