Earliness in cotton plant is a complex character as it is controlled by many genes. My PhD is in Plant Breeding and Genetics from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, (Pakistan). I am interested in genetic up gradation of cotton plant through use of breeding and molecular approaches. So far, I have worked on improving traits related to earliness, stress tolerance and yield under contrasting environment
