Evaluation of varieties from different eras in a common environment is the most direct of the several methods that have been used to estimate breeding progress. Tibebu Belete was born in Amhara Saynt, Wollo, Ethiopia, on April 13, 1985.He completed his elementary school,junior secondary school and preparatory school at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He was graduated with MSc.degree in Plant Breeding from Haramaya University in 2011 andlecturer at Samara university, Ethiopia.
