Important part of prescription for hypertensive patients is Aliskiren, the third-generation renin inhibitor, prescribe for patient of hypertension. However the present topic is to understand the possible genotoxic effects of its long term use. This scientific information makes the people aware to utilize drug in preventive dose regimen and may be of interest to many pharmaceutical companies, bulk pharmaceuticals and drug authorities.
