Pain is the body's signal that something is wrong. Pain can result from an injury, such as a broken bone, a burn or a sprain; from overuse of muscles (including muscle tension due to stress); from infections, such as sinus infections or meningitis; or from natural events, such as childbirth. Pain killer is any member of the diverse group of drugs used to relieve pain by effect the prostaglandin. Prostaglandin is any member of a group of lipid compounds that are derived enzymatically from fatty acids and have important functions in the animal body. In this study we try to evaluate the potential health risk which might be associate with exposure for pain killer drugs at the DNA level.
