An attempt was made to assess the genotoxic or antigenotoxic potential of chalconesemicarbazone derivative (CSC) against cyclophosphamide induced genotoxicity model in mice by using bone marrow chromosomal aberration and sperm abnormality assay. CSC treatment alone is devoid of any genotoxic effect, whereas, pretreatment of CSC showed decrease in chromosomal aberration and sperm abnormalities against cyclophosphamide induced genotoxicity in mice.
