Candida albicans represents one of the most fungi isolated from clinical samples, which may cause serious problems to humans and especially in immunodeficient patients. This work was designed to genotyping Candida albicans isolated from groups of immunocompromised patients in Najaf Hospitals (Iraq) depending on 25s rDNA and RPS by using PCR and RFLP techniques as well as detection the antifungals profile for each genotype.
