Juraev Murodulla Alishboevich nació el 10 de diciembre de 1980 en el pueblo de Muzbel, distrito de Bakhmal, región de Jizzakh. Tiene estudios superiores y es de nacionalidad uzbeka. En 2003 se graduó en el Instituto Pedagógico Estatal de Jizzakh, que lleva el nombre de Abdulla Kadiri, con una licenciatura en la Facultad de Lengua y Literatura uzbeka.
