Our primitive ancestors, who did not know exactly how to fight the forces of nature, invented a variety of means and methods to convince themselves and others. Magic is also one of the means created by the need of our ancient ancestors to pray to the gods, the spirits of saints, to protect themselves and themselves from various calamities. That is why the spirit of supplication to various spirits, forces of nature, mythological characters, and the spirit of supplication to Allah alone, prophets and saints prevails in the folk spells-pray. Thus, spells-pray, created out of the need to protect oneself and others from the onslaught of evil forces, have acquired a certain degree of artistic elements due to their oral creation and existence over a long period of time. For this reason, it is natural that the consideration and evaluation of spells-pray as a genre of folklore has a full scientific, theoretical and practical significance.
