Working this all together and keeping a sense of humor brought peace to our home, family and situation. It was my beloved's journey and eventual demise, but I now realize it was a rite of passage for me, an initiation on my own personal journey of writing, an opening up to my creativity, bringing something positive out of a negative situation. Who would have thought?
