Sir Geoff Hurst is the only man to score a hat-trick in a World Cup final in England's 4-2 victory over West Germany at Wembley in 1966. Hurst spent much of his career with West Ham United, where he won the FA Cup, and enjoyed a season with the Seattle Sounders in their original incarnation.
